Campagnolo® has replied with Centaur™ brakes with the Skeleton structure which
make it possible to achieve lightness and braking power. And this is also thanks
to the use of forged aluminum. The front and rear brakes are differentiated,
with a double and single fulcrum respectively, in order to obtain the maximum
braking power and limit the risk of seizing. Brake-pad height adjustment
ratio: 40÷50 mm (measured from brake fixing-bolt to brake-shoe-nut) - brake pads
orbital adjustment / forged arms - lightened rear brake / skeletonized arms /
special pad compound.
